Job Summary:
We are hiring Care Logistics Specialists to execute precise, repeatable workflows in a high-accountability warehouse environment. This role is responsible for the accurate assembly, kitting, and handling of products that directly support in-home care delivery.
This is not a general warehouse role. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to quality, compliance, and reliability.
What You'll Do
Execute assembly and kitting workflows with a high degree of accuracy and consistencyFollow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions without deviationMeet defined service level agreements (SLAs) for speed, accuracy, and throughputPerform quality checks to ensure all orders meet compliance and operational standardsMaintain organized, clean, and compliant workstationsAccurately handle inventory, materials, and documentationEscalate discrepancies, defects, or process issues immediatelySupport continuous improvement of workflows and operational processes
