Who are we hiring
The Project Manager supports the Development and Construction team at Sphere in managing a diverse portfolio of Sphere projects across the globe. The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating the development and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Sphere's vision, standard, and objectives. This role involves day-to-day project management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive problem-solving to help drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What will you do?
Support the Development and Construction projects from concept through completion, helping ensure alignment with Sphere's creative and technical goalsAssist in managing project schedules, budget, and resources to help delivery successful outcomes across global projectsCoordinate day-to-day communication between internal teams, consultants, and external partners to support smooth project executionHelp track and maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the preconstruction and construction phasesIdentify potential issues early and escalate risks to senior team members for resolutionContribute to project planning activities and provide input that supports overall organizational goalsPrepare and maintain regular project updates, reports, and communication material for stakeholdersSupport the improvement of project processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency
What do you need to succeed?
Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldApproximately 5+ years of experience managing development and construction projects, ideally within a global or complex environmentProven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within a budget, and to quality and safety standardsSolid understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processesStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paces environmentProactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Special Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying
This position is open to candidates located in New York, Las Vegas, or London, with location-specific salary ranges outlined below.
• New York: $75,000 - $130,000
• Las Vegas: $75,000 - $120,000
• London: £75,000-£90,000
