Per Diem Physical Therapist

Capstone Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based outpatient care across orthopedic, sports, hand, pediatric, pelvic health, and vestibular caseloads. In this patient-centered, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment, you will evaluate and treat diverse populations, develop individualized treatment plans, document in EMR, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
