As a Data Analyst for our Release Management team within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track change and release performance (e.g., success rates, cycle times, incidents). Analyze change management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Change & Release Managers to support governance, compliance, and process optimization. Build and manage dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools). Extract, transform, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other systems. Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence (process flows, reporting definitions, metrics). Support audit and compliance activities through accurate reporting and data validation. Provide insights and recommendations to improve change success rates and release quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, PMO). Assist with light data engineering / basic development tasks (data prep, scripting, automation). Provide support to the business and other internal IT organizations regarding data definition standards, architectures, and policies. Provide support to business users for mining and interpretation of warehoused and operational data. Plan and perform activities regarding designed data models for systems development. Resolve metadata and data sourcing problems; maintain metadata and data dictionaries; manage data definitions and data traceability within data repository to improve documentation and coordination. Required Qualifications Experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI roles. Hands‑on experience with Change Management or ITIL processes. Strong experience in Tableau (or similar visualization tools). ServiceNow reporting/data extraction. Data analysis (Excel, SQL preferred). Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Basic development/scripting skills (SQL, Python, or equivalent). Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelor's degree.
