Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage desktop support and end-user IT support teams.
Deliver high-touch, white-glove support for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, security, and asset governance.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service standards.
Manage support operations across distributed or regional teams.
Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
Manage vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
Drive continuous improvement in IT support processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a desktop or end-user support leadership role.
Strong expertise in macOS and Windows enterprise environments.
Experience supporting executive-level users in high-touch environments.
Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, security patching, and asset management.
Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with budget and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creative, design-led, or high-performance enterprise environments.
Background in retail or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
