Über
10+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
Experience with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss).
Production support experience, hands‑on with log analysis tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy).
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
Understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodology.
