Role Description This full‑time ONSITE ROLE 5 days a week as an IT Manager (Korean/English Bilingual) at NanoH2O America, LLC is based in Torrance, CA. The role entails overseeing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, managing cloud‑based solutions, and supporting business technology requirements. Responsibilities include managing IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing the company’s network and software systems, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure management, including network administration and server management
Experience with cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery planning, and managing IT security systems
Proficiency in managing and optimizing cloud‑based platforms and enterprise software systems
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional IT projects
Effective troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non‑technical teams
Must speak bilingual Korean (reading, writing and speaking at professional level) and English to communicate to leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience)
Experience in the water technology or environmental sector is a plus
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are an advantage

The Salary range listed is a National Average for the role. Actual salary for the position might differ based on the geography.
IT MANAGER SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$130,000 USD
