Supervisor - Leisure - Entertainment Centre - 4 day week - Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday. Main duties: Opening up and closing down securely when required. Maintaining safe, secure and healthy environment for both staff and customers by following procedures that are in place Ensure all equipment (freezers, fridges, security cameras etc) are operating correctly and without fault. Meet and greet adults and children. Ensuring adequate stock levels are available for the smooth running of the shift you are responsible for including food stock and cash. Ensure any accidents/incidents are recorded, time, where, how, what, as per the procedures that are in place. Balancing tills and safe at the end of the shift and placing tills and cash into safe. Experience: Ideal candidate would have 3 yrs experience in Hospitality, Child Care or Leisure background. Have a genuine interest in customer service with excellent organisational and communications skills. Have a high level of enthusiasm and motivation to engage with a young team of staff. Be fully aware and has some experience of Health and Safety regulations and maintain HACCP requirements. Experience in stock control and cash handling. Skills: customer service HCAAP duty supervisor
