The ideal candidate will have experience developing executive-level dashboards, performing financial and operational data analysis, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
Note: This is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect occasional travel into New York City, particularly during planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment phases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Perform financial, operational, and performance-related data analysis
Support the development and optimization of reporting tools, templates, and automated reporting processes
Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, forecasting support, and data visualization activities
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms and datasets
Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights for executive and stakeholder audiences
Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to support reporting and decision-making needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of Data Analysis experience supporting business, financial, or operational initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools
Strong experience developing executive dashboards and performance reporting solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
SQL experience is strongly preferred
Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and executive-friendly format
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting government, public sector, or education sector initiatives
Familiarity with financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience supporting proposal-based or contract-driven engagements is a plus
