About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team, supporting the development and ongoing improvement of advanced electric motor systems and products. This Mechanical Design Engineer position plays a key role in providing technical leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and product support functions.
The successful candidate will lead engineering investigations, resolve complex technical challenges, and support the delivery of high-quality products while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate engineering investigations to support production and in-service products. Provide technical expertise and make informed engineering decisions to resolve complex design and manufacturing challenges. Review and approve engineering work, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with engineering standards. Act as the primary engineering interface for operations and product support, providing clear updates on priorities and progress.
