Salary: up to 50k Benefits: Pension, Healthcare scheme, Hybrid Working, Annual Reviews, Bike to Work Scheme, Travel Tax Incentives.
Duties: Working with the bids team and point people in each department to manage the tender process.
Interact with all departments to gather the information needed to put forward successful bids.
Finalising layout and formatting of physical and digital bid documents.
Keeping track of tender opportunities online.
Monitoring the tender tracking tool Involvement in Bid / No Bid decisions.
Updating InterAction with client pitch information.
Assisting with other marketing admin duties.
Experience: 2-3 years experience in Bids.
Experience and knowledge of tenders would be beneficial, but not essential, as training will be provided.
High level of proficiency in MS Office.
Working knowledge of the Adobe suite would be a plus.
The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
Excellent time management / project management skills. xyswxtq
