· Experience of mobile platform security, threat modelling and mitigation techniques
· Capable of conducting regular reviews of our mobile application security posture using your hands-on experience
· Develop and maintain pen-testing security tools, scripts, policies and procedures
· In-depth knowledge of mobile app security standards (Android / iOS)
*Desirable Knowledge & Experience*
· Familiarity with mobile development, DevSecOps tooling, testing and automation frameworks
· Deep knowledge and experience using mobile security tools
· Good understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and cryptography patterns
· Experience in proactively researching new technologies emerging in the security landscape
· *Feature Development: *Design, build and ship new features and enhancements for our Android applications, from technical design through to production release.
· *Code Quality: *Write clean, maintainable, well-tested Kotlin code, participate in peer code reviews and uphold engineering standards across the codebase.
· *Architecture: *Contribute to the evolution of the application architecture, ensuring the codebase remains modular, scalable and easy to work in.
· *Performance & Reliability: *Profile, benchmark and optimise the application for responsiveness, battery efficiency and stability across a wide range of devices and OS versions.
· *Collaboration: *Work closely with product owners, designers, backend engineers and QA to deliver polished, well-integrated user experiences.
· *Testing & Release: *Build and maintain unit and UI test coverage, support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to reliable, frequent releases through the Play Store.
· *Continuous Improvement: *Keep abreast of new Android technologies, libraries and best practices, and champion their adoption where they add value.
Pay: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
