Director, Client Executive

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive to join our Corporate Trust Client Coverage team. This role is located in New York, NY, Chicago, IL or Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Responsible for achievement of organic and incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolios
2. Independently develop strategic planning for managing and growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention, while identifying opportunities to evolve client business
3. Utilize market expertise on industry trends, competitor services/offerings and client's business environment to grow client revenues
4. Consult with significantly large sized clients on their strategic vision and how the firm can help them achieve that vision and be the primary client advocate and ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction
5. Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure client issues are addressed timely
6. Promote firm services/product offerings that solve client challenges and achieve account growth, and evaluate and structure deal (pricing, contract terms, etc.) to determine the optimal terms for both the client and the firm
7. Develop, track, and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio through detailed Account Plans
8. Work closely with Product teams to focus on market thought leadership opportunities to help drive market innovation and expand client relationships.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination, while an advanced degree is highly preferred
• 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Structured Finance Security Servicing with specific experience in managing and growing relationships with Banks and Broker Dealers preferred
