Area Of Responsibility
Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Your Contribution to the Team
Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Required Skill and Experience
Experienced in troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD‑WAN, port channels, VLANs, and SD‑WAN technologies
Hands‑on experience with Cisco Nexus at an advanced operational and troubleshooting level
Hands‑on experience with Wireless (Preferably Meraki)
Preferred Skill and Experience
F5 BIG‑IP expertise: LTM, GTM/DNS, iRules, SSL, HA management, upgrades, and performance analysis is a plus
ServiceNow usage: incident, change, problem, CMDB, PIR documentation, and SLO reporting is a plus
Demonstrated experience leading Major Incident command and producing formal RCA documentation (not required)
Python scripting proficiency: REST API integrations, automation scripts, data parsing, Splunk HEC, ServiceNow API — production‑quality code, not ad‑hoc scripts
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
