Job Overview As a Business Analyst – Card Processing on our Banking as a Service team, you will manage the product lifecycle for key card processing products, collaborating with 3rd‑party partners and internal teams to deliver value to clients and banks. Responsibilities Define, organize, and execute the product delivery pipeline for Card Processing. Work with product leadership to develop and prioritize the product backlog. Partner with technology development teams to understand requirements. Engage clients, development, operations, external partners, and cross‑functional leaders to build and measure features that meet business goals. Manage product implementation for key third‑party relationships (card processing, fraud management, etc.). Define product functionality and write detailed user stories/epics with end‑user empathy. Provide scope for releases and define timing and strategy. Coordinate sprint planning, review completed work, and accept or reject results. Promote Agile methods and processes to encourage a disciplined development environment. Create product documentation for developers, clients, and banks to align and expedite development. Articulate product vision and user stories clearly for development teams and clients. Typical Day Work with product leadership to prioritize the backlog. Partner with technology teams to understand and refine requirements. Collaborate with clients, development, operations, external partners, and leaders to define, build, and measure features. Manage implementation of third‑party relationships for card processing, fraud management, and other features. Write user stories and epics with empathy for the end user. Scope releases and determine release timing and strategy. Plan sprints, review work, and approve or reject deliverables. Apply Agile methods and processes throughout development. Produce product documentation for developers, clients, and banks. Communicate product vision and user stories clearly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent work experience. Experience in process management and ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders; has launched products at scale. Strong teamwork, organization, and problem‑resolution skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter with proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistance. Experience in an Agile development environment.
