Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager to run repeat-client ground-up commercial projects ($5M$40M). These are program-driven builds with aggressive schedules and disciplined execution standards for large-format retail, warehouse, fuel, and car wash projects.

Position Responsibilities

1. Financial Control

• Manage project budget
• Track cost-to-complete weekly
• Maintain accurate forecasting
• Protect fee through disciplined cost management

2. Master Schedule Ownership

• Develop and maintain master schedule
• Align Superintendent lookaheads with overall schedule
• Identify schedule risk early and deploy recovery plans
• Maintain milestone accountability

3. Change Management

• Price, negotiate, and execute change orders
• Control non-client-driven change exposure (
