Denis Development is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strong client relationships, maintaining communication, and cultivating relationships to earn and retain business. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and feedback to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and further upselling.
  • Handle client inquiries, manage expectations, anticipate client needs and resolve issues promptly.
