We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst to join a growing Revenue Management team. This role plays a key part in monitoring low-margin sales activity, identifying root causes of margin erosion, and partnering across departments to ensure pricing accuracy and revenue protection. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for uncovering inefficiencies and driving process improvements. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand into a strategic, cross-functional role within revenue operations. Responsibilities Monitor low-margin sales reports on a recurring basis. Analyze margin trends, identify exceptions, and escalate issues when appropriate. Partner with Procurement, Bids & Contracts, and other stakeholders to resolve and prevent margin compression. Review off-contract, piggyback, and bid-related pricing to ensure contractual pricing is applied correctly. Collaborate with Bids & Contracts teams on proactive pricing audits prior to key business cycles. Identify and help recover missed pricing opportunities that may impact profitability. Work closely with rebate management teams to identify and resolve rebate-related discrepancies. Help ensure data accuracy and compliance to maintain rebate eligibility and maximize program participation. Develop, maintain, and distribute regular reporting related to margin performance and pricing audits. Analyze workflows to identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions that reduce manual errors and prevent revenue leakage. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational insights. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, business analytics, or a related operational role. Strong knowledge of systems, customer layers, and pricing structure is highly preferred. Proficient in Excel; expert using Power BI, creating dashboard or other analytics/reporting tools (required) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate it clearly. Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
