AI Strategy & Architecture
Define the company’s AI roadmap in alignment with strategic goals. Architect scalable and future‑proof AI solutions using modern frameworks (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, vector databases). Translate business requirements into technical AI implementations. Solution Development & Integration
Build AI copilots and automation tools for areas such as Finance (forecasting, anomaly detection), Sales (lead scoring, CRM insights), Marketing (campaign optimization, content generation), Customer Success (churn prediction, upselling opportunities), Customer Support (AI‑assisted ticket handling), and Legal/Risk (contract review, AML/KYC automation, regulatory reporting). Integrate AI into core business systems (e.g., payments platforms, CRM, project management tools, data warehouses, and BI systems). Ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational resilience of AI solutions. Governance & Compliance
Guarantee that all AI deployments meet international regulations and standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, AML/KYC) as well as internal security policies. Establish frameworks for ethical AI use, transparency, and bias mitigation. Work closely with Legal and Risk functions to embed AI into compliance monitoring and reporting processes. Enablement & Change Management
Educate and support departments in the safe and effective adoption of AI solutions. Develop internal best practices, training, and documentation. Act as an AI ambassador within the organization, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Team & Vendor Management
Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts on end‑to‑end AI projects. Evaluate, select, and manage AI vendors, APIs, and third‑party solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, RegTech tools, CRM/marketing AI platforms). Qualifications
Experience
8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Solutions Architecture, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience designing AI‑powered solutions within fintech, payments, or other regulated industries. Demonstrated success in deploying AI across multiple business domains (finance, compliance, sales, marketing, customer operations). Skills
Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG, Temporal/Kestra). Hands‑on experience with AI APIs and enterprise integrations (CRM, customer service, project management, BI platforms). Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, DORA, GDPR, AML/KYC). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Mindset
Strategic thinker with a strong ability to deliver in practice. Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Curious, adaptable, and motivated to generate measurable business impact.
