What our client is offering for the successful Sales Manager: £50,000 - £70,000 P/Annum (Depending on experience) Competitive Bonus scheme Competitive Car allowance Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM (Days) Permanent position Company pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunity to work on innovative prototype and development projects Career development opportunities within a market-leading manufacturer The Role – Sales Manager Developing and implementing international sales strategies across designated export territories Managing and expanding existing overseas dealer and distribution networks Identifying and appointing new distribution partners to support business growth Building and maintaining strong relationships with key export customers and stakeholders Negotiating commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contractual terms Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new market opportunities Working closely with production, logistics, finance, and technical departments to ensure customer expectations are met
