Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans Coordinate dining room services, including meal setup, delivery, and documentation Deliver nutritional supplements and assist with intake documentation Assist with weighing residents and recording weight changes Monitor and report changes in residents' skin conditions Support nursing staff with toileting program activities Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress Report changes in residents' conditions to nurses and supervisors Requirements: Need 1 year experience in setting Travel experience required BLS certification (Must be AHA) High School diploma or equivalent Successful work history with previous positions lasting longer than 13 weeks No disciplinary action in effect against certification Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
