Über
Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure primarily in Amazon Web Services, including VPC architecture, networking, IAM, and compute services, with an emphasis on secure and scalable deployments. Build and operate CI/CD pipelines that support both connected and disconnected delivery models, including artifact management, versioning, and promotion across environments with limited or no external connectivity. Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes, ensuring consistent deployment patterns across cloud and edge environments. Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure reproducibility and auditability of all infrastructure components. Design deployment strategies for air-gapped or semi-connected environments, including local registries, offline package distribution, and update synchronization workflows. Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to align infrastructure with DoD or equivalent standards, including environments requiring Impact Level 4/5 controls. Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, implementing observability tooling and automated alerting across distributed systems. Support scaling strategies for high-performance workloads, including GPU-enabled environments where applicable.
