The Role As an Engineering Manager, you’re responsible for delivering robust full‑stack applications and libraries. You will be at the frontier of frontend development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to enhance the Process Intelligence Graph with the next generation of process mining.
The work you’ll do
Build, lead and grow the Knowledge Full‑Stack team in Redwood City to successfully deliver on their mission.
Use technical judgment and intuition about customer behavior to determine the best paths forward on features and trade off properties such as time to implement, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Work closely with other engineering teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and leads to ensure the development and delivery of impactful product features that drive customer value and shape overall product strategy.
Manage performance and support the career development of engineers up to the Staff level.
Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within the larger organization, including providing upward and outward visibility of the team and their work.
The product you’ll work on
You’ll help build the next generation of process mining.
Allows the user to add semantic meaning to their business graph which can then be queried in milliseconds.
A best‑in‑class query authoring experience that guides users through answering their deepest process mining focused questions.
Helps users store and reuse their business definitions while building applications on the platform.
High visibility to sales and executive leadership.
The qualifications you need
3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people.
Strong technical knowledge (staff engineer‑level knowledge of software engineering is expected).
Experience working with technologies such as Angular, Java, Postgres, and microservices.
Strong communication skills (English), allowing collaboration across multiple roles and countries.
Ability to work earlier in the day to coordinate with Europe timezones.
Knowledge of day‑to‑day team organization methodologies such as agile.
Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead.
Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations.

Salary $175,000 — $235,000 USD
