Experienceas QA Lead 7+years experience in software Testing on Web and/or MobileApplication Excellenthold on Testing processes like Test Strategy , Test Plan , Test Analysis andDesign , Implementation and Execution. Handson experience on various types of testing including Functional, Regression ,End to End , IT , UAT , Adhoc ,Compatibility Testing etc. Strongexperience in test case designing, creating , reviewing , executing , trackingand reporting. Expertisein coming up with test scenarios and end to end test coverage plan forgiven project or features under test. Strongunderstanding of bug life cycle , bug triaging and reporting including firstlevel of troubleshooting. Experiencein e-Commerce/Retail Business domain is a plus. Exposureto automation tools like Selenium and should be familiar with basic Core Javaconcepts. Abilityto work in a fast-pace environment with frequent context switching. Self-motivated,independent, and proactive. Outstandingcollaboration skills to work in Agile and Cross Functional Ecosystem. Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
