` IT Project Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Understand and work within technical project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. Experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, or related projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
