The Role
Design and develop scalable data models that support analytics and operational use cases
Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
Lead the development of analytics workflows, metrics, and data products
Contribute to the design and evolution of the organisation’s data platform and architecture
Promote best practices across data modelling, testing, and deployment
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
Advanced SQL skills and experience with a modern data stack
Experience working with tools such as dbt, Redshift, Looker or similar platforms
Strong programming capability in Python or an equivalent language
Proven ability to develop robust, scalable data models in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
