Construction Manager
- Data Centres (Dublin) The Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale Data Centre projects in the Dublin area.
You will lead on-site operations, managing sub-contractors and site teams to deliver high-spec mission-critical infrastructure on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Site Leadership: Direct daily on-site activities, ensuring subcontractors adhere to project timelines and technical specs.
Safety & Quality: Drive a "Zero Harm" culture, ensuring strict compliance with HSA regulations and BCAR requirements.
Progress Tracking: Lead weekly progress meetings, manage RFI logs, and provide detailed reporting to the Project Director.
Technical Coordination: Oversee the integration of complex CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP packages.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements Experience: 5+ years in Construction Management Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related trade background.
Certifications: Valid Safe Pass and CSCS card; CIF/IOSH Managing Safely is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong command of BCAR procedures, Lean Construction methodologies, and MS Project/Procore.
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Irish building regulations. xyswxtq
