Payroll Executive Do you have: The IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques? 3+ years of experience working with payroll in the Irish jurisdiction Experience managing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll in a practice environment? The ability to deal with large payrolls including around 1000+ employees? Demonstrable experience in Sage Payroll and Brightpay systems? Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills? If you answered yes to all of the above questions, then this opportunity to join a leading accountancy and advisory firm based in South Dublin, could be a superb fit for you.

What will you do? This role, supporting the payroll and accounting service offered by the company, will see you working in the following areas: Manage the full end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using Sage Payroll and BrightPay systems.
Ensure payroll operations remain fully compliant with Irish employment legislation and taxation requirements.
Prepare and submit all relevant payroll returns, including PSRs and associated filings.
Address payroll-related queries and provide clear, timely communication to clients.
Stay informed of updates to payroll legislation and Revenue guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant payroll practices.
