Minimum experience: 10+ Years in Embedded Systems, C, C++ and Python, QoS, GitHub (Expert Level)
Software developer for QoS [quality of software] Subsystem – 2 positions available
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering degree
Expert level coding skills in C, C++ and Python
10+ years of experience in embedded systems (Router/Switch software) programming and unit testing
Knowledge of device drivers
Experience at Juniper, Arista, or previous Cisco employment preferred
Experience with QoS queuing and scheduling with ASIC interaction
Working knowledge of policy maps, class maps, WRED, RDMA within QoS
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient using GitHub, Copilot, Jira, etc.
