The Restaurant Manager is the cornerstone of our operation. You are responsible for everything that happens inside our store the quality of our products, the performance of our team, the experience our guests have, and the financial health of the business. This is a true leadership role, not a supervisory one.
You will help recruit, train, and develop your team. You will own the store's P&L, control costs, manage inventory, and execute the brand to the highest standard. You'll be a coach, a problem-solver, a culture-setter, and a standard-bearer all at once. People & Team Leadership- Train and develop all team members from crew to shift leaders to assistant managers
- Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-energy team culture rooted in respect, accountability, and recognition
- Address performance issues directly, fairly, and in compliance with applicable employment law
- Create and manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage while controlling labor costs
- Foster an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to grow
- Champion a guest-first culture throughout every shift, every day lead by example
- Resolve guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the store experience
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and wanting to come back
- Take full ownership of store operations quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage and analyze P&L results, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Control labor costs, food costs, and cash handling with precision and consistency
- Oversee product ordering, inventory management, and proper rotation to minimize waste
- Execute sales plans and support initiatives set forth by ownership to maximize revenue
- Ensure all brand standards and marketing initiatives are implemented flawlessly
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and all state and federal regulations
- Promptly address equipment issues, maintenance needs, and facility concerns
- Enforce uniform standards: hat, clean pressed apron, brand-approved shirt, blue jeans (no rips), non-slip shoes
- Proven restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience
- Strong P&L and cost-control acumen

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Solid math, writing, and computer skills
- Available minimum 32 hours per week
- Must hold a valid Texas Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or an associate's degree is a plus
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, stooping, and reaching
- Pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (boxes, ice, product)
