Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm
Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
Qualifications
Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a team‑player mindset
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation $50,000 - $150,000/year
