We are seeking a highly collaborative and experienced
Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager
to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting EHS systems, analytics, and data, and AI strategy and implementation.
Position Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS systems, data, and analytics professionals.
Manage team members responsible for EHS systems, analytics, and AI strategy and implementation.
Lead a project team focused on AI implementation with members from EHS, IDT&S, Manufacturing and Safety, and other business functions.
Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned with EHS and business objectives.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture focused on innovation, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability building across systems, data, and analytics disciplines.
EHS Systems Leadership
Oversee the administration, enhancement, and sustainment of key EHS platforms, including Enablon, OSSMS, and SHIELD.
Partner with process owners and IDT&S stakeholders to ensure systems support EHS business needs, compliance obligations, workflow efficiency, reporting requirements, and AI integration.
Guide the prioritization and implementation of system enhancements, issue resolution, and adoption of standard processes.
Ensure data integrity, configuration consistency, and effective integration across EHS systems and connected business applications.
Support system governance, release management, testing, and the change control processes.
EHS Data Strategy and Analytics
Partner with IDT&S to lead the execution of the enterprise
EHS data strategy , including data governance, data quality, data architecture alignment, and analytics and AI enablement.
Oversee the development and sustainment of dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions that support EHS performance monitoring and operational decision‑making.
Ensure timely, reliable, and meaningful reporting for EHS, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
Partner with data and analytics resources to identify leading indicators, trends, risk drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the refinement of
high‑risk prioritization metrics
to enable targeted interventions and resource allocation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with EHS leaders, Manufacturing and Safety, IDT&S, and other business partners to align priorities and deliver solutions.
Serve as a trusted connector between EHS subject matter experts, system owners, and data/analytics teams.
Build strong relationships across organizational boundaries to drive adoption, resolve issues, and improve overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate EHS needs into practical, scalable solutions.
EHS Process and Compliance Support
Maintain a strong baseline understanding of EHS processes, requirements, and compliance expectations.
Ensure systems, data, and analytics solutions support core EHS processes.
Help standardize business processes and data definitions where appropriate to improve consistency and usability across the enterprise.
Support initiatives that improve safety, environmental, and sustainability performance by enabling better information and decision making.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, enhance user experience, and reduce manual effort.
Support the development and implementation of innovative capabilities, including AI‑enabled and automation‑enabled EHS use cases.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, data insights, and process performance trends.
Lead or support transformation efforts that improve the scalability and sustainability of EHS digital capabilities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
1+ year of experience in data analytics
1+ year of experience in working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in EHS, EHS systems, data analytics, business systems, IDT&S, or a related discipline.
Experience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, OSSMS, SHIELD, or similar systems.
Experience leading or supporting EHS data strategy, analytics, or dashboard development.
Familiarity with high‑risk prioritization metrics, leading indicators, and predictive insights.
Certificate or other formal training associated with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in an enterprise setting.
Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or other highly regulated operational environments.
Experience managing change, training, and user adoption for enterprise systems and processes.
Familiarity with data quality, integration, and master data concepts.
Demonstrated experience leading teams or cross‑functional workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of EHS processes, compliance requirements, and reporting practices.
Experience supporting or managing EHS systems, platforms, or digital tools.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
Ability to translate business needs into operational plans and technology‑enabled solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience with data governance, reporting, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $127,500 - $172,500
