Owning complex infrastructure escalations, the full-time Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot customer issues, analyze usage patterns to enhance product adoption, and collaborate with engineering and product teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities
Debug issues across HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 flows, including DNS resolution and TLS handshakes Investigate latency shifts and anomalies in traffic data, proactively addressing potential churn Automate repetitive tasks and convert investigations into reusable documentation and workflows
Required qualifications
Deep understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy flows over TCP/UDP Strong grasp of DNS resolution paths and TLS negotiation mechanics Proficient in ClickHouse SQL with experience handling large traffic datasets Comfortable working in a Linux environment and managing production incidents Self-motivated with strong written and spoken English skills
