Responsibilities: Install IT, AV, Access Control, and Surveillance cameras. Run, and terminate IT, AV, and other low-voltage cabling Perform computer system and software maintenance and repair Assist customers with data management Perform regular security monitoring and system maintenance Work in Service Boards Qualifications: Experience running and installing low-voltage cabling. Previous experience in IT or currently in school for IT-related fields. Ability to evaluate software and hardware Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detail-oriented Experience with Connectwise is a plus
