Main duties and responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative acts as the primary liaison between the assigned sales team, planning, logistics, and customers to gather and record information into our order entry and ERP systems. The position also interacts with external customers and internal groups within the supply chain to develop and implement service and cost optimization solutions. The position works with land and sea transportation vendors to maintain a consistent and reliable booking, transportation, and documentation flow. The Inside Sales Representative investigates quality and service complaints, identifies root causes and formulates corrective actions.
Requirements
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Excel report creation), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience working within an ERP system; internal candidates must have experience working in KSoft+.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and people simultaneously.
Flexibility to handle continually changing priorities/demands.
History of demonstrated initiative, customer orientation and teamwork.
History of demonstrated perfect or near-perfect attendance.
Organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills (English language).
Excellent math skills.
Strong team player.
Commitment to company values.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Energetic, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards.
Keen attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or high school degree with equivalent experience; degree in sales or marketing preferred.
Experience in Panel Sales or Panel Customer Service.
Bi-lingual Spanish or German speaking/reading ability a plus.
