We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who can identify potential customers, develop accounts through face-to-face meetings and written proposals for business. In addition to selling, the Outside Flooring Sales Representative takes ownership of all project management, including measuring, and being present during delivery and installation.
A successful Outside Flooring Sales Representative is able to build and maintain effective relationships with field service professionals as well as administrative support staff, while also advocating for the best interests of our customer while maintaining acceptable company profit margins.
Previous experience in the multi-family flooring industry is highly preferred.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner* Maintain contact with the customer after agreements are signed to ensure all work is completed correctly and on time* Maintain effective relationships with field service personnel* Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction**BENEFITS:*** Eligible to participate in Group Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Plan after 60 days full-time employment* Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match* Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days of full-time employment## Qualifications* Effective selling and closing skills* Experience in the flooring industry highly preferred* Must have prior *sales experience in flooring** Excellent communication and presentation skills* Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic* Some sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plus* Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
