Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly to customers' homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing customers daily and introduce the latest technology and services. Provide hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution; keep customers connected to the services that matter most. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Attend scheduled appointments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per a varied schedule designed to meet customers. Maintain accurate records of activities and sales results per AT&T guidelines. Qualifications
1+ year of commission‑based sales experience (outside sales highly preferred). Proven success in achieving sales targets and exemplary upselling techniques. Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license and willingness to use company vehicle for official business. Ability to work a varied schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays). Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal, and motor‑vehicle record review. Compensation and Benefits
