Position Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries for quotes, orders, product information, complaints, returns, documentation and similar
Support of Regional Sales Manager on projects, pricing and other necessities
Interdepartmental relations for support, costing and product commitment
Use of CRM systems for communication and all updates
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Degree on Sales, Marketing or similar preferred
Minimum 3 years experience with technical support preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Great attention to detail, communications, intuitive and customer driven
