What You’ll Do:
Possesses a strongunderstanding of salesforce.com platform and basic to intermediate level of understanding with integrating externalapp, singlesign, security, etc.
Collaborates with technology and peer teams to ensure effective data flow between Salesforce.com and integrated systems by providing technical support of integrated business operational workflows, functional requirements and analyzing opportunities for process improvements while supporting agile development projects.
Work crossfunctionally with finance, sales, marketing,productsand segments.
Managestimelines andcreateand/orupdatefunctional and technical documentation to support business requirements.
Maintainsuser roles, profiles, permissionsetsand user groups to ensure there are no security breaches that could put at risk James Hardie data including set up and deactivation ofusersaccounts and permissions.
Creates and manages complex Flows and Validation Rules hasabilityto drive efficiencies within the business.
Design and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce.com developer toolkit including VS Code, Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Component, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Data Loader, schedule/ batch jobs, Rest API, and email services.
Responsible for testing and implementation of software development including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging. Attain user acceptance testing on all new code and enhancements.
Stayup-to-dateon new Salesforce features, releases and otherthird partyintegrationsto provide recommendations for process improvements and future integrations.
Propose solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer requirements and align with strategic roadmap.
Leverage Salesforce best practices to effectively integrate Salesforce into the enterprise architecture and drive efficiencies for the sales organization.
Produce technical documentation of salesforcesystemand architectures.
Define and manage standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure data governance and quality.
Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality andtimelydelivery.
Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements.
Work closely with various business partners to define and implement elegant,scalableand sustainable solutions using the Salesforce technologies.
Build andmaintaineffective workingrelationshipwith key business and technology partners.
Produce quality code for assigned development tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent orappropriate businessexperience and discipline that shows equivalent talent.
5+ years ofprogressiveexperience in Salesforce developmentacross various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service and Platform clouds etc.)
Analytical skills to help design and produce solutions to businessneedand requirements.
Well-roundedin both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement.
Abilityto problemsolve and fosternew ideasand concepts as well as thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Self- motivatedwith strong time management and the ability to meet timelines and schedules often working on multiple projects at once.
Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Working knowledge of software development life cycle, change management best practices and agile development methodologies.
Certified SFDC Architect, Advanced Developer and/orDeveloper stronglypreferred.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce technologies (clouds, offerings, custom development, integration, etc.)
Experience integrating salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps
Experience with Web Services is a plus.
Ability to fosternew ideasand concepts and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Salesforce Developer and Advanced Admin certifications and accreditations a plus.
What You’ll Receive: As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $106,000 to $120,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
