We offer:
8 months fixed term contract
£14.80 per hour plus commission
24 hrs contract, 3 days per week
to work Sat/Sun and some weekdays
This role will be based within the Harrods Concession with support to other Oura branded locations across London
Overall purpose of the role As an Oura Sales Specialist, you will be part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance and brand awareness in store for our client, Oura. Your primary responsibility is to bring the Oura products to life through in‑store demonstrations, serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, inspiring customers with our product range and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and a solution‑oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brand in the store where you are based.

Key Accountabilities:
Drive revenue through exceptional client service in line with company standards
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Oura product range
Build great rapport with customers & bring products to life through engaging demonstrations
Proactively drive sales by building long‑standing customer relationships and a personal shopping approach to our customers’ needs
Convert interest into sales & achieve individual and team sales targets
Follow Stellar & Harrods policies and maintain exceptional standards

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience):
Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
Other qualities we are looking for:
Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
Customer‑oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
Team‑player who loves sharing their passion with others
Ambitious and open to learning and developing their own skill set
Excellent communication skills
A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Additional languages would be advantageous
