Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.
Call Management & Sales Documentation: Handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs.
Closing Skills: Confident and effective closing of sales on the spot after presenting solutions, addressing objections, and leveraging product knowledge.
Effective Communication: Engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand.
Problem‑solving: Quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Sales Experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree.
