Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Harker Heights, TX. The Commission Sales Associate will specialize in selling residential properties, assisting clients in buying homes, and fostering strong relationships with clients and prospects. Responsibilities include maintaining a deep knowledge of the local real estate market, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, creating marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The associate will actively participate in community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence and network.
Qualifications
Strong sales ability, negotiation skills, and relationship‑building expertise
Knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and regulations, or the ability to quickly develop this expertise
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in client management, lead generation, and customer service
Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Highly organized and able to manage multiple transactions and timelines effectively
Ability to perform on‑site tasks in Harker Heights, TX
Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Texas Real Estate License
