Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate and complete all maintenance work orders and improvement projects Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently Document and track all costs and time associated with work orders and improvement projects and input into property management software Maintain building supplies through inventory management system using property management software
Qualifications
4+ years of Maintenance Tech / Building Engineer or related construction experience Must be HVAC certified Plumbing and Electrical experience required Must have apartment experience, commercial experience preferred Technologically savvy with strong computer and mobile skills Detail-oriented and strong communication skills Independent self-starter Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner
