Troy Belt USA is looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Representative to help us grow distribution of Troy Belt. South Florida is full of Royal Palms, and that means a wide-open market across municipalities, HOAs, property management companies, and landscape contractors who all need this solution.
This is a commission-only role with real earning upside for someone who’s comfortable building relationships and closing B2B and government-adjacent deals.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and pitch Troy Belt to municipalities, HOA management companies, commercial property managers, and landscape supply/distribution partners across South Florida.
Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
Represent Troy Belt at municipal meetings, property manager events, and landscape industry touchpoints.
Negotiate and close recurring supply agreements (Troy Belt runs on a 90-day replacement cycle, so accounts can become repeat revenue).
Report back on what’s working so we can refine pricing, materials, and pitch strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience, ideally B2B, government contracting, property management, or landscape/green industry.
Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person pitching, and relationship-based selling.
Based in or familiar with Broward County / South Florida preferred.
Bonus: existing relationships with HOAs, property managers, municipal procurement, or landscape supply chains (e.g. SiteOne, Green Thumb).
Compensation Commission Based ONLY, with rates discussed based on deal size and account type.
Flexible hours — this can work as a part-time or full-time hustle depending on what you bring to it.
