Engineering Manager

Leads and develops the Regional Service Center engineering team, providing guidance, coaching, and technical direction. Oversees all engineering and quality activities associated with inspection, repair, and overhaul of rotating equipment. Directs teardown evaluations, determining failure modes and defining scope of repair for customer equipment. Ensures all engineering outputs meet company standards, customer specifications, and AGMA requirements. Drives execution of high-quality, on-time inspection and repair services across all projects. Performs reverse engineering activities as required to support repair and manufacturing processes. Reviews and interprets customer technical requirements to ensure alignment with project execution.

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Will consider Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc 1215+ years of experience in rotating equipment design, engineering, or repair (gearboxes, power transmission systems, or similar). Strong proficiency in CAD and general PC-based engineering tools. Solidworks experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams within a service, repair, or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inspection, repair, and overhaul processes for industrial equipment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
