We are seeking a well‑experienced Sales Manager who will generate new business, leverage World of Hyatt to encourage loyal guests, and ensure rooms revenue meets expectation, maximizes revenue and profits, and drives the hotel’s positive performance in the marketplace.
In this role, you will develop, implement, maximize, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in rooms, events, and all other revenue‑generating departments. You will ensure sales activities are aligned with the corporate marketing strategy and that hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate. You will also review sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, and credit and payment documents.
Qualifications
Progressive career in Sales in a 5‑star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Exceptional problem‑solving, strategy formulation and account development skills with high regard for details and accuracy
Passion for working with people
This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
