Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a plan and scheduled routine to perform preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
• Perform inspections of recently maintained equipment to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.
• Create a work schedule for maintenance staff to include off-hours and annual shutdowns.
• Manage and maintain work order system for parts management tracking and to ensure that work order closure occurs.
