Supporting the Sales Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Support Associate will handle administrative tasks, process sales orders, and assist with customer inquiries while maintaining a proactive and positive approach in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
Process sales orders, demo requests, and customer inquiries via telephone and computer Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure timely product delivery and manage returns and credits Provide backup support to the Sales Support team to ensure smooth sales and order processing
Required qualifications
Experience with office machines and excellent computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing a CRM system Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
