Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, support and continuously improve a diverse infrastructure spanning cloud, on‑premises and hybrid platforms.
Maintain high‑performing networks, servers and systems that support business operations, working closely with managed service providers and internal stakeholders.
Own and contribute across technologies including routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, server administration, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
Provide third‑line technical support, investigate complex issues, identify root causes and help deliver continuous improvements that enhance resilience, security and efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers in a regulated environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive hands‑on experience across multiple enterprise infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows and Linux server environments, network security solutions, Active Directory, automation and scripting tools, and modern endpoint management platforms.
Relevant certifications in networking, cloud and infrastructure technologies highly valued.
