To support product and operations teams, the full-time Data Scientist, Product Analytics will provide data-driven insights to enhance the customer post-order delivery experience and improve buyer lifetime value, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing advanced analytics techniques. Key responsibilities
Partner with operations leaders and product managers to identify opportunities for improving order issue resolution and driving buyer purchase frequency through advanced analytics Utilize Google BigQuery for ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making Design and build interactive dashboards in Looker to track KPIs and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
Experience with causal inference and analytical machine learning modeling techniques such as regression and clustering Proficiency in Looker and other data visualization tools Experience developing data rollups in SQL, preferably on cloud data warehouses like BigQuery Familiarity with order incident and customer resolution data Experience working in a two-sided marketplace environment is a plus
